Please see the attached image. Is there any plugin to create like this in a web page? can any one suggest plugins in joomla for creating like this?

 

I hope these kind of pages are created using AJAX... Are there ways better than JavaScript?

It a modal window, isn't it? Search it on google. You'll get the script and the css too (for window, not for the form too)

 

You can make this graphic software and working with CSS language.

 

you cannot make it with CSS only unless its doesnt perform any animation (bt alomost every lightbox perform some kinndda action)
therfore you need jscript or any other powerful client side language

If you use wordpress, then there are many plugins for this purpose. Go to wordpress plugin directory and search for popup.

 

you can make like this page through CSS and Graphics software.
