Nomination for article of the month for December 2008

Official Thread to nominate your favorite article of the month.

There is no restriction to how many you can nominate so just go ahead for all the article you liked as well as you can Nominate your own articles which you think could win in the voting competitions.

Go4Expert will be offering the following.

1. $25 as prize money payable in Paypal or direct transfer to your bank account if you have a bank account in India
OR
2. Reebok T-shirt with G4EF logo delivered right at your doorstep.

3. A premium wordpress theme for your blog / wordpress site worth $50.

This time we don't have a poll and you can add to the lists by posting the link to the Article.

Also if you think we have missed any of them which you think should be there is the nominations feel free to post a link to the article in the posts below.

I have taken all into but would suggest you place link to the article so that I can visit the article without a search.

 

Nominations closed and Voting for article of the month for December 2008 started.

Nominations are for articles which we think are best in this month and its open to all. Among the nominated one I select the best based on many parameters and your article was really nice one but then We had some really good ones and so it could not make to the top 5 for the article of the month.

I had to personally let go off my article of dialogs which I thought was good enough to be in top 5 and so I think you should take this as positively and sometimes we do not make it to the top 5.

Also if you want the details reasons of the five Article selected for nominations I would not mind sharing them as well.

 

1. Quality of Content.
2. Diversification of topics content to cover more areas.
3. Depth of any topics
4. User comments.

As an example Features in Visual Studio 2008 also had all of the above but probably did not get responses when it comes to User comments / views.
