    I have seen some of the title of websites includes numbers like &#2960, &#9830, &#9830, &#9830 etc.

    <title>ஐ Website Development NewAgeSMB is a complete Website Development service provider company offering website development </title>

    Anybody knows why and what is the purpose of using this numbers in to the title tag

    They probably have not seen there Title in all browsers and in some browsers it shows some good characters

    but it is showing in Google itself. It should have some benefits using this I think.
