I would like to know about one thing, as this involves the earning factor thought to place the question here. I have been involved in a company which mainly has its client online, that is we have to manage online staff who are all basically freelance writers and then we take projects to complete them with the help of them. Now there are some huge transactions involved in this, so do I need to go for a payroll? Or do I come under the influence of any direct taxes?
