    When I am doing competitor analysis so there i got lot of directory submission backlinks. that's why i got an querry. please assist for the same.

    That links may be old or someone still doing the same for that site but the question is how much benefit it is getting from those links is also a question, Which tool are you using for doing the competitor analysis?

    "SEO SpyGlass" is the best one for me for competitor analysis. and also thanks for clear out my query.

    I think you should be little tricky while choosing directory website. Because most of the directory sites took about 1-2 months to approved a link there. So try for auto listing directory websites.
